Analysis and optimisation of accounting processes

DIS AG Finance analysed and documented the accounting processes of foreign subsidiaries of a Southern German IT group.

After several weeks of intensive process analysis on site the finance experts at DIS AG documented the country specific peculiarities of the locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as their IT and focused on optimisation.

Skill sets were bundled, partial processes were merged and finance and accounting standards were introduced.
